Dave brought his family from the Gold Coast to Alice Springs in early 2004 looking for a ‘sea change’. Well we found it!

We have fallen in love with the lifestyle that Alice Springs and the Northern Territory has to offer. Our children, twin girls, Brooke (on the right) and Cody (on the left) both attend school in Alice Springs and thoroughly enjoy it here.

Dave and Amanda have made a pact to ensure that the service that we provide to our clients is not only professional, courteous and prompt but it is also friendly, helpful and with all the added extras that a family business can offer.

We realise that some people may not have had the service that they expected from other pest companies in the past and this may have put them on the back foot about calling another pest company.

We ask that if you have had a previous bad experience with another pest company, please do not hesitate to call us. We are sure that you will notice the difference.

Added to this we are affiliated with Territory Pest Management Alliance or T.P.M.A. and as a result we service both Government and Federal facilities throughout the Territory.

We are fully insured, C.A.L. accredited and licenced to carry out all forms of pest control including termites, termite inspections and new building pre –treats.

Added to this we are the ‘Gold’ level supplier of the Green Termite Bait System in the Alice Springs, Darwin and Tennant Creek areas. We are licenced to install Homeguard Termite plastic membrane and Camilleri underslab Termite reticulation systems. We provide any certificates that are required for any treatments and include free service periods in most cases of 12 months.

We also provide free no obligation quotes for any treatment or service that we provide and we accept all forms of payment including EFTPOS and most credit cards.

Dave started Red Centre Pest Control and Darwin Pest Control from scratch and is fully licensed and always happy to solve your pest problems. He takes pride in his work and his business.

Amanda Billington

Amanda also started Red Centre Pest Control and Darwin Pest Control with Dave and is the backbone of the administration side and brings years of friendly helpful customer service and management skills to our company. There is every chance that you will talk to Amanda when you call.


Mark Rheuben

Mark

Mark was appointed our Darwin Branch Manager and is fully qualified in all major facets of pest control. He is our longest serving member of staff which means you know you are receiving the best advice and solutions to your pest problems.

Mark Haynes

Mark has a wealth of experience in all facets of pest control and is fully licensed. He is our Alice Springs manager and will help you with any pest problem you may have.

Rachel Ellis

Rachel is our Alice Springs office manager and brings years of managerial experience as well as local knowledge of the area and people which makes her a valued asset to the company. You will most likely talk to Rachel, Amanda, Renee or Tash when you call.

Natasha Freeman

Tash is the very friendly voice that you will most likely talk to on the phone other than Amanda, Rachel and Renee. She was brought up in Alice Springs and therefore has a very good knowledge of the area and will always help you with your appointments.

Tim Gibbons

Tim is one of our friendly up and coming technicians and is eager to help with your pest control needs.

Mick Collingridge

Mick is our latest apprentice and is learning about what it takes to be a good technician.

Bush Work

Welcome to our section on 'Bush Work'.

As you can see by the photographs of our trucks we are capable of travelling anywhere that it is required on almost any roads. We also fly to some locations when required. We carry our own plant and equipment, personal supplies and we are fully licensed in all facets of pest control including termites. We are fully capable and extensively experienced in meeting the pest control needs of all customers, ranging from domestic houses and properties to large, cattle stations, Aboriginal communities and on-going commercial contracts.

We charge a per kilometre rate, not an hourly rate for travel. This can be reduced by you if you contact other people in your area and share the travel costs if they have their pest control done at the same time.
Once we arrive our prices for pest control are no different then what you would be charged in town (in some cases cheaper). We also reduce our rates for large jobs or combined general pest and termite work.

CowWe have travelled on all of the roads around Alice Springs, Tennant Creek and the Barkly including but not limited to the Stuart Hwy, Plenty Hwy, Sandover, Tanami Road, Kintore Rd, Docker River Rd, Ross Hwy, Mereenie Loop, Finke Rd, Barkly Hwy, Tablelands Hwy and the Barkly Stock Route. We also regularly travel to all of these places as a result of Government Contracts etc which helps to reduce travel costs to you .

All of the chemicals that we use are environmentally safe with no odour. You do not have to leave the house, take the cat, dog and pigeon with you when you go or remove any belongings. In town we give a 12 month warranty on our service but as this would not be possible out in the bush, at least it gives you an idea how good our treatments are.Windmill
