Red Centre Pest Control (a division of Rentokil Initial) currently has an opportunity available for an Office Manager to join our Alice Springs team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager in Adelaide, you will be working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

As the Office Manager you will assist with maintaining and increasing sales and customer retention through your outstanding Customer focus. This role is also responsible for effective day to day running of the office.

The Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Coordinate the day to day running of the office
  • Customer service including Customer enquiries, sales and complaints resolution
  • Service planning
  • Accounts Receivable and Cash Management
  • Supervising and developing Office Administrator
  • Oversight of new system and process implementation including training of staff
  • Monitoring and reporting on productivity
  • Handling all paperwork and administration related to service activities
  • Provide ongoing reports on call statistics, productivity, branch sales and forecasting
  • Analyse working procedures and identify ways to improve systems and service

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Strong Administration experience including previous experience in a Senior Admin/Office Manager Role
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a good team player
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Ability and adaptability to work with multiple IT systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Versatility to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
